some of what we do

  • Event production management is the process of planning, coordinating, and executing all the technical and logistical elements that bring an event to life. From concept to cleanup. It ensures that sound, lighting, staging, visuals, schedules, staff, and performers all come together seamlessly.

  • Rigging refers to the suspension, support, and secure installation of equipment such as lighting, audio systems, video screens, drapery, aerial performers, or scenic elements using trusses, motors, cables, and safety hardware. It’s the behind-the-scenes engineering that allows elements to hang safely above the audience or stage.

  • Video design is the process of creating, programming, and managing visual media that is displayed during an event including projections, LED walls, motion graphics, and live camera feeds. It combines creative storytelling with technical precision to enhance the audience’s visual experience and align with the event’s artistic or brand vision.

  • Stage management is the practice of organizing, coordinating, and supervising everything that happens on and around the stage during an event or performance. The stage manager ensures that performers, crew, and technical teams are all in sync so the show runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

  • Talent buying is the process of sourcing, negotiating, and contracting performers or speakers for an event. A talent buyer works on behalf of a venue, festival, or client to secure the right artists, ensuring the lineup aligns with the event’s goals, budget, and audience.

  • Sound design refers to the audio system design, setup, and operation that ensures clear, balanced, and powerful sound throughout an event or performance. It includes everything from microphones and speakers to mixing consoles and monitoring systems — all calibrated to suit the venue and audience size.

  • Lighting design is the art and technical craft of using light to shape mood, focus attention, and enhance the visual experience of an event or performance. A lighting designer plans, programs, and operates lighting to complement the event’s theme, music, and staging, creating an atmosphere that supports both the creative vision and audience experience. This includes creating technical drawings.

  • Artist advancing is the process of coordinating all logistical and technical details with performers and their teams before the event.
It ensures that every requirement from sound and lighting to travel and hospitality is confirmed and communicated clearly to all departments.

  • Event logistics covers all the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps an event running smoothly making sure equipment, staff, and guests all move efficiently throughout the day.

This includes transportation, setup and teardown schedules, site access, bathroom facilities, power and safety planning, and clear communication with venues and vendors.
